- In addition, we also raise money that evening for a charity. This year we will raise funds for a new playground at our new church home. We are looking into both a traditional playgroud, a natural playground, and/or a combination of the two.
- Before the live auction this year, we’re having hors d’oeuvres and Treats
- Childcare is provided for children 5 and under and there will be childrens activities for children 6 and older during the live auction.
How do I donate and bid on things?
- To submit any auction item, click the link in the eNews, scan the QR code on the poster in the lobby, or go to the church website under “2023 Mike Poldulke Service Auction.”
- To be able to bid on something you must have a bidder number. If you have participated in the past few years, you will have a bidder number and it will be emailed to you shortly before the silent auction opens. If you need a bidder number, contact Nate Harff or the church office and you will be given a bidder number.
- You will use that to bid on all auction items.
- For the online option, you will simply be using your number.
- The night of the live auction you will receive a bidder paddle with your number on it that you will raise during the live auction.
- Following the auction, you will receive an online bill listing all items won and the amount due.
- Payments can be made online, or in person Sunday mornings via check, or mail your check to the church office.
