How do I donate and bid on things?
- To submit any auction item, click the link in the eNews or go to the church website under “2024 Mike Poldulke Service Auction.”
- To be able to bid on something you must have a bidder number. If you have participated in the past few years, you will have a bidder number and it will be emailed to you shortly before the silent auction opens. If you need a bidder number, go HERE to register for a bidder number.
- You will use that to bid on all auction items and purchase flights and bowls for the chili and pie contests.
- For the online option, you will simply be using your number.
- The night of the live auction you will receive a bidder paddle with your number on it that you will raise during the live auction.
- Following the auction, you will receive an online bill listing all items won and the amount due.
- Payments can be made online, or in person Sunday mornings via check, or mail your check to the church office.
