We are grateful for our UU members who provided donations for this year’s 2020 Mike Podulke Service Auction, to all the bidders who entered bids/purchases all week on the auction website and who participated in the Live Auction. Thanks once again to Stephanie Podulke, Jim Frost, Laurel & Darin Podulke-Smith (aka Rachel Maddow and Andy Warhol) for helping kick-off the Live Auction. We have raised just over $4000 for Project Legacy and $23,380 (90% of our goal), income needed for our church budget.
Your bidder statements and donor receipts were emailed Saturday evening. Please submit your payments with one of the options given in your bidder statement. Contact anyone on the auction team with questions.
Thanks to our Auction Planning committee (Bruce Bjorgum-chair, Nate Harff, John Helmers, Beth Plumhoff, Linda Thompson) who worked together to pull off this online auction. There was a steep learning curve for all of us, but the support and participation of our members made the efforts worthwhile! We know that everyone missed our usual in-person social fundraising event, but we carried on in 2020 pandemic style!
After the Auction:
You will receive your donor receipts and bidder invoices during the weekend following the auction. Donors and winners will need to contact one another to arrange for delivery or pick up of items purchased/won.
You can pay your auction invoice by mailing a check to the church (your bidder number/auction in memo line) or you can go to the church website (https://uurochmn.org/member-services/members/uu-store) and scroll down to find the Service Auction box, fill in the box with the amount and go to bottom of page to complete payment by using a credit card via PayPal.
If you are unable to participate in the online bidding this year, but would like to contribute to this fundraiser that provides budgeted income for our church operating budget, you can also donate by sending a check or using the website option.
