📋 Fixed-Price Item Drawings: How It Works
Welcome to our Fixed-Price Drawing gallery!
The items on this page are not open for traditional bidding. Instead, every item features a completely locked, non-changing price tag. If you want to purchase an item at its listed price, simply submit your name using the entry form below.
🔍 The Rules & Process:
    • The Price is Fixed: The price you see listed on the item is exactly what you will pay. It will never increase or change, no matter how many people want it.
    • Single Entries: If only one person submits their name for an item by the end of the event, that item is automatically theirs to purchase!
    • Tie-Breaker Drawing: If more than one person requests the exact same item, we will pool all the names together and conduct a fair, random drawing at the conclusion of the event to select the buyer.
    • Commitment to Buy: Submitting your name via the form is a commitment to purchase the item at the listed price if your name is drawn.
🎟️ How to Enter (beginning October 15):
    1. Browse the fixed-price catalog displayed below.
    2. Scroll down to the Registration Form at the bottom of this page.
    3. Enter your contact information and select the exact item you wish to buy from the dropdown menu.
    4. Click Submit Entry for Drawing.

Winners will be contacted directly via email with a private, secure link to complete their payment.
 
Pick-up of all auction items will be coordinated between purchaser and donor (donor will receive purchaser’s contact information).
