Welcome to our annual auction community hub! This year’s theme, ‘A seat for Everyone: Furnishing Our Future, Funding Our Mission,’ reflects our deep commitment to growing together as a congregation. As our community expands, we are intentionally creating an environment where every individual, family, and visitor has a place to belong, pull up and chair, and connect.
The proceeds from this year’s online and live events will directly fund our operating fund and our upcoming new church home – ensuring our physical space matches the warmth of hospitality – while supporting our self-sustaining mission including program materials, fair wages, rent for our gracious hosts, and all that keeps us connected. Your generosity directly builds the foundation for tomorrow.
This year, our annual auction is doing something incredibly special. While the event always provides a critical boost to our general operating budget ($25,000), our live paddle raise will explicitly target our new sanctuary chairs.
Our goal is $67,000* to fund 223 chairs ($300 each). But true to our values, we are doing this together. Bidding starts at just $10 blocks. Whether you buy one block for $10, ten blocks for $100 to celebrate our 10-year journey, or a full chair for $300, you are ensuring there is A Seat for Everyone in our new sanctuary.
*By the end of the auction, we would like to have raised at least $35,000 of the $67,000 goal .

To ensure perfect accuracy between our upcoming online bidding window and our physical live event paddle sheets, all historical website accounts and previous bidder numbers have been completely reset.
Even if you participated in our auctions in the past, everyone must register for a fresh account this year*.
Signing up takes less that two minutes. Once completed, your online account will be linked with a brand new, sequential profile number that serves as your permanent online bidding ID and maps directly to your physical paddle number for our live auction on October 30th.
*Children participating in the live silent auction will not need a bidder number or be registered.
A: We have completely refreshed our auction system to ensure absolute accuracy between our online catalog and the physical bidding paddles used during the live event. Wiping the old database helps us eliminate spam accounts, prevent sequential numbering errors, and guarantee your digital bids line up perfectly with your check-out sheet on event night.
A: As soon as you complete the quick registration form, your number is instantly generated. You can view it at any time by logging into the website and visiting your My Account dashboard page. A prominent notification box will display your active number right at the top of your screen.
A: Yes. Because our raffle tickets and fixed-price items are processed through our secure auction storefront, the system requires an active profile to securely assign your tickets, handle your payment checkout, and contact you if your raffle ticket is drawn live on October 30th!
A: Absolutely! If you plan on bidding together and checking out on a single invoice, you only need to register one account. When filling out the registration form, simply input both of your first names (e.g., First Name: John & Mary) so our check-out team can easily identify your shared paddle.
